Return & Exchange Policy

At UrbanBella, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please review our return and exchange policy carefully before placing your order.

Return of Goods

Upon receiving your return request, our team will contact you with the return address and further instructions regarding the return process.

Items must be returned without unnecessary delay and no later than:

  • 5 calendar days for UK orders
  • 7 calendar days for International orders

from the date you notify us of your cancellation or return request.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, our customer support team will review your request and process any approved refund according to our policy within 14 days.

Exchange or Store Credit

EXCHANGE OR STORE CREDIT ONLY UNLESS FAULTY.

Refunds will only be issued for items confirmed to be faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

Return Conditions

To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received
  • Original packaging must be included
  • Original invoice or proof of purchase must be provided
  • Products must be unworn, unused, and undamaged

UrbanBella reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet these requirements.

Reduction in Value

If the value of the goods has been reduced as a result of handling beyond what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics, or functioning of the item, we reserve the right to deduct this reduction in value from any refund amount.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If you receive a faulty or damaged product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order details and supporting photos so our team can assist you promptly.
