Trade policy

Returns & Refunds

Urban Bella Clothing supplies wholesale to businesses. The terms below apply to all trade orders.

Goods are not returnable unless they are damaged or defective on arrival. If a garment reaches you with a manufacturing or fabric fault, notify us in writing within 14 days of delivery.

Contact us at Info@urbanbella.co.uk with:

  • Your order number
  • The style name and colour
  • Clear photographs of the fault
  • How many units are affected

Damaged goods will be exchanged for the same product. We don't offer refunds or account credits on this basis, the remedy is a replacement of the same style.

Check your delivery against the packing list as soon as it arrives. Any shortage must be reported in writing within 3 days of the invoice date.

Email Info@urbanbella.co.uk with your order number and the items missing. We'll investigate and make good any confirmed shortfall.

We don't accept returns on correctly supplied, undamaged goods. If you're not sure about a style, order a single piece first - our no-MOQ policy exists exactly for that reason.

  • Garments reported outside the windows above (14 days for damage, 3 days for shortages)
  • Garments that have been worn, washed, altered, tagged for retail, or steamed
  • Goods damaged after delivery
  • Sale or clearance stock, unless defective

Taking delivery of goods, or accepting delivery on your behalf, constitutes acceptance of the invoice and these trading terms in full. Our invoices are issued E&OE (errors and omissions excepted).

Nothing here affects your rights under the Sale of Goods Act 1979. Goods we supply must match their description and be of satisfactory quality.
